Some of over 50 free weekly fitness classes offered at the Breckenridge Recreation Center. Cardio Strength classes are moderately paced divided among cardio work, strength training and core work. Classes offered:

Mondays Strength & Core - 9:00am
Tuesday Cardio Strength - 10:00am
Thursday Strength & Balance - 10:00am
Friday Strength & Core - 9:00am

Classes are free with your Breckenridge Recreation Center pass or daily admission. Schedule is subject to change.  Please call ahead to confirm -- 970-453-1734.
