Functional Conditioning Drop-In Classes
One of over 50 free weekly fitness classes offered at the Breckenridge Recreation Center. This is a high-energy cardio/strength format class taught in a boot camp style. Large muscles are used to raise the heart rate and to improve strength and endurance using weights, TRX and other equipment. Class is offered:
